A TEENAGER was left with a fractured jaw after two hooded thugs attacked him and snatched his iPod.
The 19-year-old was walking along Castle Avenue, Eastleigh, when he was approached by two youths, just before 3pm on Sunday.
The pair shouted at him, but the man ignored their calls and carried on walking towards the junction with Bourne-mouth Road.
The youths then came up behind him and hit him on the head, knocking him to the floor.
When he got up he found that his black iPod was missing.
He is being treated for a fractured jaw at Southampton General Hospital.
The attackers are described as white, aged about 17 and about 5ft 7in to 5ft 9in.
One had blond hair and was wearing a light grey hooded top, the other had black hair.
