The A1 Tornado 60163
BRITAIN’S newest steam train is set to pass through Southampton and Eastleigh train stations on Saturday.
The A1 Tornado is set for its first journey outside of London and will be stopping on the south coast at lunchtime on Valentine’s Day.
On its maiden voyage into London, the £3m train, pictured, was welcomed into King’s Cross by thousands of people waiting to catch a glimpse of the locomotive.
The A1 Tornado 60163 will be at Southampton Central train station at 1.10pm and will stop at Eastleigh for water between 1.20pm and 1.35pm.
