AN entire Hampshire village has been put up for sale – for £22.5m.
More than 20 homes, a cricket club, two blacksmiths and a shop are all up for grabs after Linkenholt was put on the market.
The community is part of a 2,000-acre estate, which is being sold to raise cash for the charitable fund which owns it.
Buyers can expect a three-storey manor house, commercial shoot, agricultural land and an educational activity centre for children.
The only property not owned by the estate – in the North Wessex Downs nine miles from Andover – is the village church, St Peter’s.
