Pupils from Oliver’s Battery Primary School, Winchester are urging drivers to cut their speed as part of a road safety scheme organised by Hampshire County Council.
Sixty pupils wrote to Oliver’s Battery Parish Council asking it to back their campaign as part of a school project.
Then the school raised £200 for two signs with a sponsored road safety quiz. The children are pictured with teachers Gemma Gundry (left) and Rebecca Hare.
