A FOOD hygiene case involving a Winchester restaurant was adjourned because the owner was unfit for trial.
Chung Hui, proprietor of Charles House, in Eastgate Street, was due to appear at Basingstoke Magistrates’ Court. However, his legal team filed a medical report saying that he was unfit to stand trial, which the bench accepted.
The case was adjourned and will be moved to Winchester Crown Court at a date to be decided.
