A FRESH investigation using DNA evidence to find the killer of a Southampton barmaid is underway as the man who had been jailed for the 30-year-old crime looked set to be freed.
Police are working on finding the owner of cruicial DNA evidence that they hope will lead them to the killer of Teresa De Simone.
The inquiry comes just 24 hours after it was revealed Robert Hodgson, also known as Sean, who has spent 27 years in prison for her murder could not have carried out the crime.
