DESPITE being struck down by a life-threatening disease one Hampshire youngster has shown his fighting spirit to raise thousands from his hospital bed.
Oliver Uglow has raised £3,000 for Leukaemia Busters, thanks to the support from his Eastleigh rugby club The Trojans. Trojan mums Laura Self and Kerry Sanders organised an Abba-tastic evening with a special screening of the Hollywood blockbuster Mamma Mia.
Ollie, who is doing well after his treatment, presented a cheque to charity founders David and Bea Flavell.
