Broken down car causing tailbacks on motorway
A BROKEN down luxury car caused long tail backs of rush hour traffic into Southampton this morning.
Traffic snarled up on the approach to junction 3 of the M27 after an S-type Jaguar broke down on the eastbound exit slip road to the M271 just before 8am.
Police said the car had lost all power and was blocking the road. It was eventually pushed to the hard shoulder.
