THESE three mums from Hampshire are feeling on top of the world having reached the summit of Mount Kilimanjaro, the highest walkable mountain in the world.
Elspeth Howie and Tina Jury, both 40, and Liz Webster, 39, all from Winchester, climbed the mountain in Tanzania to celebrate Tina’s 40th birthday and for charity. .
The six-day trek involved an ascent to the summit at 19,450 feet. The trio raised £4,500 for the Alzheimer’s Society.
