AN EVENT to help Hampshire tourism-related businesses cope with the recession is being staged at The Royal Marines Museum in Southsea on March 24.
Winning in Recession is billed as a ‘must-attend’ event for anyone who relies on visitors. Speakers include Mike Southon of the Financial Times, Tim Howells from Sandy Balls and Bob O’Connore from Howletts and Port Lympne Animal Parks in Kent.
To book a place contact Dan Holmes at dholmes@tourismse.com or download the booking form from industry.visitsoutheastengland.com. The day is free for members of Tourism South East and costs £75 plus vat for non-members.
