RECORD-breaking yachtswoman Dee Caffari dropped anchor at a Hampshire hospital to unveil a new scanner.
Pictured above with Dr Andrew Page, the solo skipper, who in February became the first woman to sail non-stop around the world in both directions, officially opened the £800,000 MRI (magnetic resonance imaging) scanner at the Royal Hampshire County Hospital in Winchester.
The 36-year-old, from Titchfield, finished sixth in the Vendee Globe, after sailing more than 27,000 miles in 99 days, one hour, ten minutes.
