YOU have less than a week to nominate an amazing person in your community for a holiday of a lifetime.
The winner of The Coast – Great Citizen Awards 2009 will be someone whose selfless work improves the lives of those around them.
Maybe they have spent hundreds of hours delivering hot meals to the elderly or perhaps inspired others with their fundraising efforts.
If you know someone whose good work astounds you, put their name forward and give them the chance to have a week of being pampered and living the millionaire’s lifestyle.
The winner of the grand prize, and their guest, will be picked up from their house by limousine and flown to the south of France where their cruise begins.
Once aboard luxury motor yacht Salu the deserving VIPs will get to sample the delights of Antibes, St Tropez, Monte Carlo and Cannes.
As part of the all-expenses-paid trip they will eat at the finest restaurants, shop at the most exclusive boutiques and view some of the most stunning scenery in the world.
It is not just the winners and their guests that will get recognised in the Daily Echo-backed competition.
Mini-cruises to Belgium, gala dinners, cocktail parties, luxury breaks, MP3 players, theatre tickets and floral bouquets are just a few of the prizes up for grabs to the runners-up.
The Coast has put aside thousands to reward these unsung heroes.
Selected from many deserving entries four Hampshire people will get the grand prize – including one who will be chosen by Daily Echo readers.
If you know someone deserving of the big prize, fill in the nominee form at the foot of this page.
Send it to brand promotion manager Kerry Darwin, Southern Daily Echo, Newspaper House, Test Lane, Redbridge, Southampton, SO16 9JX.
The closing date for nominations is March 30.
Judges will then select final nominees to go through to the next round which will then be voted on by Daily Echo readers.
The winner will set sail on May 28.
