STUDENTS at Barton Peveril College are to mark World Asthma Day today in memory of student Daniel Jolly, who died from the illness.
The 17-year-old, pictured, collapsed after suffering an asthma attack at his Bursledon home last month.
Now, his friends and peers at the Eastleigh college, where he was studying A-levels in law, business and music technology, are aiming to raise enough money to put a plaque in the music department in his honour. Daniel had been offered a place to study at the Academy of Contemporary Music.
Today Barton Peveril will turn a shade of bright green,as students take on a lime theme for the day.
