LIVE music, dancing and street entertainers will all be part of the fun when a Hampshire town stages its annual summer extravaganza.
Organisers of the Beggars’ Fair in Romsey say this year’s celebration promises to be bigger and better than ever.
The colourful two-day event sees thousands flocking to the town centre as pubs and bars fling open their doors to host live bands.
This year, a series of fresh acts have been lined up to perform on stages across the town.
A spokesman said: “The focus this year is to provide something for everyone, whilst maintaining the community spirit and friendly atmosphere that the Beggars Fair has become well known for.”
The free event starts at 8pm on Friday July 10 and continues on Saturday July 11 after the official opening by The Mayor of Romsey at 10:45am in The Cornmarket.
