Charles, 90, opens Boots in Lymington
ONE of Lymington’s oldest residents has opened a new Boots pharmacy in the town.
Charles Downes, 90, is pictured performing a ribbon-cutting ceremony at the former Alliance Pharmacy at Wistaria Court in Avenue Road.
Boots and Alliance have merged to create one business, with more than 700 pharmacies across the UK changing their name.
