THE massive cruise ship Voyager of the Seas is due to be berthed alongside Southampton's Western Docks tomorrow.
The Royal Caribbean International ship has just undergone a refit in Germany and is visiting Southampton en route to Barcelona, Spain where she will be based during the summer cruising season.
Sightseers will have a grandstand view of the ship's departure, scheduled for 5pm, from the city's Mayflower Park, Town Quay, or Hythe Marina.
Voyager of the Seas entered service in November, 1999 and is able to accommodate up to 3,838 passengers together with 1,176 crew.
The social heart of the ship is centred around a four deck high Royal Promenade, which is the length of two football pitches, and features the Pig 'n' Whistle pub, a café, wine bar, ice cream parlour and several shops.
