PATIENTS have highly rated South Central Ambulance’s response to non-urgent calls.
Overall those surveyed said they were happy with the length of time they waited before speaking to a telephone adviser.
In a further 16 questions on reassurance, waiting times, amount of information given, care and treatment the ambulance service scored high satisfaction levels.
Health watchdog The Care Quality Commission carried out the poll last summer.
