TO walk or not to walk – that is the question thousands of Hampshire parents face every day as they prepare to take their children to school.
On the one hand, there is the convenience, speed and safety of the car, but on the other is the chance to get some exercise and fresh air, and save cash and the environment at the same time.
During Walk to School Week, nearly 80,000 youngsters from 350 Hampshire primary schools will be going for the latter, and learning about the Green Cross Code too.
