IT was food heaven for New Forest students when a world-famous chef dropped in for a charity masterclass.
Legendary restaurateur Raymond Blanc was at Brockenhurst College to oversee the catering operation for a four-course dinner.
He helped the student cooks perfect their dishes on the night, which was organised in aid of the charity Hospitality Action.
John MacArthur, head of Hospitality and Catering, said it was the fifth time the celebrated French chef had visited the college: “The event was a true success.
“We raised money for Hospitality Action and the students gained the fantastic experience of working with Raymond Blanc.
“We have built a close relationship with Monsieur Blanc and we hope it will last for years to come.”
