FERRY passengers will have to dig deep after the price of a crossing is hiked up for the fifth time in four years.
The 10p increase on the Gosport Ferry will come into effect on Monday and bring in parent company Falkland Island Holdings an extra £150,000 a year.
The increase puts the price of an adult return ticket at £2.30 but concessions will be unchanged.
