WITH a below-deck helicopter hangar that rises like a Thunder-birds-style launch pad it would be the envy of any Bond villain.
The £36m bespoke playboy toy would also be the dream vessel for any wanderlust multi-millionaire who wants to explore the furthest recesses of the world’s oceans in luxury.
But mystery surrounds the arrival in Southampton of the 49m mega-yacht specially built for one of New Zealand’s richest men.
Brokers Burgess Marine in UK and Blue Water Yachting in France, who are trying to sell the exploration yacht dubbed T6, have refused to reveal why it has docked in the city. It has been booked in to berth 104 until Sunday.
