TIME is running out for people to obtain tickets for the Passing of the Generation Service in Westminster Abbey.
Anyone who wants to attend the memorial service on November 11 should apply to the Lord Lieutenant by September 30.
The service has been organised following the death last month of Harry Patch, the last veteran of the First World War.
The service will be held in Westminster Abbey in the presence of The Queen and The Duke of Edinburgh on Wednesday, November 11 at 11am and will be broadcast live on BBC1.
Hampshire has been given 20 double tickets to include the nominee plus a guest or carer.
