BANGLADESHI children from Southampton put on a vibrant show to celebrate their culture.
Children aged from six dressed in traditional costume to dance, sing and perform a drama to mark Victory Day of Bangladesh and International Mother Language Day.
The Mayor of Southampton, Councillor Elizabeth Mizon, joined the packed audience to watch the performance at Mount Pleasant Junior School in Southampton, organised by the city’s Bangladesh Society.
