THERE was a pancake-flipping frenzy at a Hampshire school as youngsters competed for the coveted golden frying pan trophy.
More than 300 pupils at Redlands Primary School in Fareham spent the afternoon battling it out in the playground to be crowned champions.
Classes raced each other across an obstacle course while tossing their pancakes in the contest organised by the Friends of Redlands Primary School to thank the children for their fundraising efforts over the past year.
