The mother of a man wanted over the murder of his partner and ten-month-old baby yesterday pleaded with him to give himself up.
She called on her son Anthony to come forward to police.
The 21-year-old is wanted for questioning over the murders of his partner Stephanie Bellinger and their ten-month-old baby daughter Lili.
Their bodies were found at the family home in Myrtle Avenue, Totton, on Saturday morning by Stephanie's parents. They had been stabbed to death.
Yesterday Marsh's mother, who lives in Totton, broke down in tears as she tried to read statement pleading with her son to give himself up.
It said: “If you are watching or read or hear this please understand that all your family are very concerned about you.
“They are here to support you in any way they can.
“It’s pointless to run away or hide. Whatever has happened you must now hand yourself into the police or tell them where you are.
“Please Anthony for the sake of all the family.”
Police have described Marsh as dangerous.
They say he may have a knife and have urged the public not to approach him.
