BABY slings are being recalled across the UK after three children’s deaths were linked to them.
US safety watchdogs have urged parents to stop using the Sling-Rider and Wendy Bellissimo slings over fears babies under four months old could suffocate in the soft fabric.
The slings made by Californian company Infantino have been linked to three deaths of children in America last year.
Infantino put out a statement saying it was recalling the products across the UK, Europe, the US and Canada.
About 10,000 Sling-Riders were recalled in the UK, a million in the US and 15,000 in Canada.
