TOP Brit-rock band Rooster can't keep away from the south!
The band will play the Guildhall in Southampton on October 24 as part of a mammoth 13-date UK tour.
And it will be their fourth gig in the area this year following their two sell-out dates at the Wedgewood Rooms in Portsmouth in February and March and their slot at this June's Power in the Park one-day music festival.
Rooster shot to fame with their irresistible chart-breaking debut single Staring at the Sun.
Their riff-crested rock tunes bursting with charming sensibilities have helped propel the band into a new rock stratosphere ahead of teen guitar bands like Busted and McFly.
This will be their first gig at the Guildhall.
Tickets are £12.50 and go on sale tomorrow at 9am. Contact 0871 2200 260.
