ELECTIONS: The community centre will be closed to normal activities on Thursday, as it will be a polling station for the general and county elections.
Hatch Warren and Beggarwood is part of Basingstoke South West for the purpose of the county elections and the candidates are: Paul Frankum (Labour), Philip Heath (Conservatives), Sheila Lock (Lib-Dems) and Darren Shirley (Green Party).
HATCH Warren WI: The May meeting is the annual resolutions meeting.
This will be held held at a member's home instead of the usual venue of the community centre, but everyone is still welcome.

The June meeting will be back at the community centre, as normal, with the special birthday extravaganza on June 2.

FASHION event: Dandelions Pre-school is holding a spring and summer fashion show at St Mark's School in Danebury Road on Thursday, May 19, from 7pm.
It will feature plenty of items at discounted prices.
The ticket price of £4 includes a free glass of wine or a soft drink.

CHILDREN'S fun club: The next Saturday Fun Club at the community centre will be on Saturday, May 14, from 10am until noon.
It is for children of primary-school age only and places must be booked in advance on 01256 811262.
