Bashley manager Geoff Butler accused Tooting & Mitcham's goalkeeper Jonty Venter of an "act of thuggery" against 16-year-old striker James Totczyk.
The teenage frontman was stretchered off in Bashley's 2-0 defeat in south London following an incident that sickened the watching Butler.
He said: "James was chasing a ball he was never going to get and it was actually in the keeper's hands by the time he got there. But instead of moving out of the way or turning his shoulder on James, this big keeper, who must have been 6ft 4ins and 14 stone, has put his foot up and there's six studs gone into James's groin.
"For the keeper to do what he did was a disgrace. He had to be sent off for that, but the referee said his angle wasn't very good and neither linesman saw it. It was scandalous, but fortunately James isn't seriously hurt."
Top-scorer John Hastings and Wayne Cort netted for Tooting.
