APOLOGIES: For the lack of columns these past two weeks. Two reasons - I've had no news, and my computer failed and has been unavailable for some time.
Hopefully, all should be back to normal now.
OAKRIDGE Festival: Is anyone interested in helping and supporting our first community festival, which we are planning for July 9, outside the community centre?
Please contact Brian, at the Hall for All, on 01256 475844, or myself, on the above number, if there is anything you could contribute fun-wise or for stands etc.
This is a community project and we hope you will be interested.
AGM: On April 29, at the Hall for All, starting at 7pm. For further details, contact the Hall for All.
AGE Concern: An activity centre is held at Oakridge Towers every Wednesday afternoon.
Also, a foot clinic is held every six weeks at the Oakridge Hall for All, where you can have your nails cut at a cost of £12.50.
For more information, or to book a place, contact Beverly on 01256 423874.
There is also a copper craft workshop held at the Hall for All.
