Lymington Town completed the first part of a possible 'double' for the town when they clinched the Division 2 crown with a 1-0 victory at Stockbridge.
"It's still not sunk in yet," smiled Town boss John Pyatt. "But I'm over the moon for all the players and the back room staff here - it's not all about me."
The Lymington matchwinner came in the first minute when Steve Jenkin slid the ball across the area to Phil Stone, who made no mistake.
Poole's 7-0 home victory over Brading means that they have won 23 and drawn two of their last 25 league games and amassed 100 points in the process but they still have to settle for the runners-up berth.
Twin strikes by Gary Funnell and Gary Chivers for the Dolphins were complimented by solo efforts from Stuart Brown, Peter Goodbody and Taffy Richardson.
At the sharp end, AFC Aldermaston will finish bottom and look likely to be relegated despite twice coming from behind to draw 2-2 with fellow strugglers Bishop's Waltham.
Luke Musselwhite and Darren Simmonds put the Bishops ahead on each occasion with Dean Brombley and Andy Ramsden levelling for the Berkshire side, whose only hope of avoiding the drop rests with no club having the facilities to earn promotion from Division 3.
Fawley earned a 1-1 draw at Alresford courtesy of a stunning 70-yard volley by Shane Renyard from midway inside his own half following a poor free-kick by the Alresford keeper.
