MERSEYSIDERS The Coral come to Portsmouth on Tuesday to play the Pyramid Centre, Southsea.
The gig is part of their UK tour before they play the V and Reading and Leeds festivals following the release of their third album, Nightfreaks and the Sons of Becker.
Their mixture of ska, pop, punk and blues combines with exceptionally catchy melodies, making The Coral one of the most exciting bands to come from the north-west in years.
All their albums have achieved praise from fans and fellow artists, with their self-titled debut unlucky not to get a Mercury nomination.
