Hampshire darts selectors have given the men's teams who lost so badly in Yorkshire the chance to redeem themselves for next weekend's home clash with Staffordshire.
They have named an unchanged side where only team manager Rick Lowther, Roy Brown, Sam Rooney and Colin Philpott managed wins from the 24 games played.
Portsmouth's Carole Shinar has earned a recall to the squad and travels to Fareham as reserve. A replacement is needed after Mandy Keith was dropped from the B team. Team captain Sue Lowther returns for her 98th county match.
Hampshire secretary Frank Branscombe has spurred the players on by suggesting the men ought to play with four darts each next weekend! Whatever, they will have to be at their best against the county who lie second in the overall championship.
Matches at Hill Park Memorial WMC, Fareham, begin at midday on both Saturday and Sunday.
