OLD adversaries Basingstoke and Havant meet for their seventh cup final showdown on Sunday - for the honour of being crowned kings of the county.
Both sides are safe in their respective leagues, Havant seventh in National Three South and Basingstoke's superb upturn in form cementing their place in London One for another season.
Havant break from their recent disregard of the county competition to name a full strength side while Basingstoke, winners four years in the last five but surprise runners-up to Andover last year, want their much loved trophy back in the cabinet.
Havant welcome back Stuart Ingram to the front row but the back five places are still under some question with Matt Morgan keen to regain the place he has commanded for over two seasons but lost due to illness last week.
Liam Davenport's damaged finger is not serious enough to keep him out and he partners player-coach Owen Cobbe at half-back, allowing Steve Claffey to move across to inside centre as South African Nick Cooper missed out with an injured hamstring.
Hosts Basingstoke recall lock Andy Wilson, who has been out for over a month through injury, but he will start on the bench. Prop Simon Lovegrove is their only absentee from their regular line-up and coach Jim Dixon is excited about the prospect of meeting the clubs' old foes.
