COMMERCIAL property agent Humberts, based in Southampton, has expanded its professional services team with the appointment of senior surveyor Debbie Turner.
She joins the national firm of chartered surveyors from West Sussex County Council, where she was responsible
for strategic property issues and managing the county's land and building property portfolio.
Debbie will be working with Humberts waterfront and marine experts in its management of the extensive Crown Estates portfolio between Christchurch in Dorset and Shoreham in West Sussex, including Hampshire and the Isle of Wight.
In addition she will be advising on commercial valuations for banks and private investors, landlord and tenant matters and general property development.
Simon Gardiner, of Humberts, said: "We are delighted to welcome Debbie to the team. She brings a raft of skills and experience from her time in the public sector which are a perfect match with the team here in Southampton."
Debbie, who lives in Southampton, said: "I trained in the City and when the opportunity to work with Humberts presented itself, it was too good to be missed. "It's a well respected firm and I'm looking forward to the challenges of my new role."
