FAMILY friendly policies helped attract London solicitor Clare Sheerin to join legal firm Warnergoodman Commercial.
Clare, 35, a specialist in mergers and acquisitions, has been appointed as a company commercial lawyer, based with the commercial services department.
She had previously worked with West End law firm Boodle Hatfield and most recently with W Davies & Son in Surrey.
