MARKETING communications agency Leepeckgreenfield has strengthened its public relations team by appointing experienced journalist Patricia Thompson as senior writer.
Patricia, 43, has 15 years' writing and newsdesk experience, having begun her career on weekly newspapers in London before moving to work on major regional dailies on the south coast.
For the last five years she has worked as a freelance journalist and PR copywriter and writes a syndicated column for a number of UK newspapers.
Patricia joins a six-strong PR division at the regional agency, adding valuable writing support and journalism experience to its successful and established team.
She will work alongside PR director Chris Wotton and his team on a diverse range of clients, including Scotthall Hampshire BMW, Wave 105, Warnergoodman Commercial, Haskins Garden Centres, Hendy Group, Macdonald Hotels, P&O Cruises and the Foresters Friendly Society.
Patricia said: "There is a really vibrant atmosphere in the office.
