A LEADERSHIP development programme in Hampshire has a new man at the helm.
George Ringrow is set to take over from April 11 as senior programme director for Common Purpose in Hampshire.
He is replacing Nick Robinson, who left after six months to prepare for voluntary work in Africa.
Common Purpose has been up and running in Hampshire for nearly a decade, bringing leaders together from the private, public and charity sectors in a bid to bring about positive change.
George is the boss of an engineering company on Teesside, and has been a national ambassador for Investors in People.
