PUPILS at Winchester's Kings' School welcome spring with a musical extravaganza tonight.
The evening will feature a variety of performances from orchestras, a jazz band, a flute choir, rock band, the school choir and soloists.
Kings' has a long tradition of musical excellence. As reported in Friday's Daily Echo pupils have returned from recent festivals in Southampton and Basingstoke with various cups, plates and awards.
Heather Freemantle, head of expressive arts and music, said: "We are very fortunate to have so many outstanding musicians at Kings'. They bring great energy and fun to the department."
