YOUNGSTERS from Park Gate Primary School are putting the finishing touches to their costumes and stage as they gear up for a production of Scheherazade.
A total of 180 pupils in Years 3, 4 and 5 are involved in acting, singing, dancing and scenery on the play, which is based on Arabian Nights.
They will be playing to a full house of parents, family and friends at the school in Northmore Road on Tuesday and Wednesday. Year 5 leader Maxine Marsh said: "The children have worked incredibly hard and we've all really enjoyed it."
