SYNTH-POP legends Human League and rising stars of American indie rock The Bravery have been announced as headliners at this year's Homelands Festival near Winchester.
Human League are best known for their seminal dance classic Don't You Want Me, which topped the charts in both the UK and the States in 1981.
The band followed up that success in 1986 with their second number one, Human, and have remained legends of synth-pop music since, influencing many of today's leading bands.
The Bravery are the latest big American rock band to come crashing into the UK charts. Their self-titled debut album has already been showered with A-star reviews and their announcement as part of the Homeland's line-up signals the festival's commitment to moving away from its tradition dance music base.
Other confirmed acts include The Streets, Groove Armada and Mylo.
Homelands takes place on May 25. Tickets cost £56.50. Call 0870 060 3777.
