JUMBLE sale: Thank you to all who braved the weather for the jumble sale at Abbey Court.

FAMILY creative arts workshops: Are being held at John Hunt of Everest Community School.

There are five workshops in total, with the third one tomorrow - on family book illustration with Helen Ganly.

The fourth workshop, next week, is jewellery with Cathy Newell-Price, so come along and make some fabulous rings and necklaces.

If you want to be creative and have fun with your children (aged five and upwards), the workshops are from 10am to 4pm.

AUCTION: By popular demand the auctions are going to return to Melrose Hall on Wednesday evenings with a few changes.

They will be every fortnight (not weekly) and, although booking of lots will be at the same time of 4.30pm, viewing will be from 5.30pm and the start of the auction and bidding will begin at 6.30pm.
