SAINTS coach Kevin Bond wants to follow in the footsteps of mentors Harry and Jim.
Bond worked with Redknapp at West Ham and Portsmouth before becoming his first 'signing' as Saints boss just a day into his St Mary's management stint.
But the ex-Saints defender harbours his own management dreams.
"I've learnt such a lot from Harry and Jim over the last few years," he explained. "But I've got my own ideas and it would be nice to see if I could do it myself.
"One day I would like to be put in a position where I make the decisions.
"It will be hard to learn more than I have from Harry and Jim - there's no better learning curve than working with those two."
