A FAMILY get-together and a card from the Queen helped make the 100th birthday of Ludgershall resident Alice Williamson a very special day.
Alice's birthday co-incided with the centenary of the famous Cadbury's Dairy Milk so she also received a congratulatory card and chocolates from the confectionery company.
Alice, who was born in a Buckinghamshire village in 1905, says she has looked after herself all her life and never smokes or drinks.
She keeps her mind active by completing wordsearch competitions and despite being a little hard of hearing is very happy in her home at Bartlett House where she has lived for the past two years.
