A PROJECT to upgrade Ventnor Haven and the town's eastern esplanade costing about £160,000 is due to begin this spring.
Work will include the provision of new fixed and floating pontoons and offshore moorings in Ventnor Bay, as well as dredging the haven to its original design depth. Upgrades to the esplanade will consist of additional car and dinghy parking together with cliff stabilisation works.
