TSUNAMI relief fund: Great news, the 0-5s' Jump for Joy, held on Tuesday, has raised £110 for the tsunami relief fund.
Well done to all who took part.
VILLAGE hall: For the first time ever, the village hall is going to be out of action during the first two weeks of March.
Jacquie Skillett said: "The good news is we are going to have a fabulous new kitchen, but the bad news is it means that the village hall's main hall will be out of action during the day."
She added: "All evening activities remain unaffected, but daytime events are cancelled."
0-5s: Because of the village hall kitchen refurbishment, the 0-5s are meeting at Leo's in Hook for two weeks, from 1.30pm to 3.30pm, as usual.
Call Jacqui on 883664, if you need directions.
SPRING market: At the spring market on March 5, it's your chance to see Interior Designs, organic veg growers, lovely chocolates and nesting boxes.
With Mothering Sunday and Easter coming soon, the spring market, full of gift ideas, is definitely worth a visit.
The tea room for the spring market will be at Liddell Hall, where there will be lots of lovely home-made cakes.
