PEOPLE will get an insight into one of the roles Wiltshire played in the Second World War at a Tidworth talk.
Author Don Evans and former library colleague Norman Parker will give an illustrated talk entitled 'The Development on the Towed Target'. The talk will be based on a book Don Evans has written on the same subject called 'The Long Drag: a history of British target towing'.
It will be held at 7.15pm on Wednesday, 2 March, in the community room in Tidworth Leisure Centre.
It's been organised by the library service at Wiltshire County Council. Admission is free but places should be reserved in advance at Tidworth library or by calling the library on 01980 843460.
