Millbrook'S jarring clash with Sandown & Shanklin has left them with selection headaches ahead of a must-win game tomorrow.
The third-bottom team will be without a string of players.
Utility back Wayne Allen's broken ankle will rule him out for the rest of the season.
Prop Carl Watkins tore a shoulder on the Island.
Coach Jim Brown broke his shoulder five minutes into his return to action but played on through the second half.
And hooker Richard Goodridge broke his leg and ripped both cruciate ligaments.
Goodridge, playing his first game back, has been told he will never play again. Surgeons have not even attempted to operate as the swelling refuses to go down.
"He is a major blow to us," said skipper Dean Weaver. "We wish him all the best in his recovery, which could take many months."
The Lordshill-based club know they still have to beat already-relegated Alresford if they are to maintain their 11-year stay in Hampshire One and recall Adam Cripps at full-back in an effort to do so.
"We know how serious this game is," continued Weaver, "and we have to take sufficient cover on the replacements bench as that cost us last week at Sandown."
Millbrook lost 13-0.
The story is little better on the injury front for New Milton & District, still in the one remaining relegation spot they are desperate to relinquish when Isle of Wight travel to the Forest.
Skipper Matt Rule and winger Tom Morgan, who both did not finish the game against Farnborough last week, have not recovered from their injuries so Tom Chappell starts on the flank and Tyrone Holden gets the nod on the wing.
Free-falling Fareham Heathens look to continue their impressive record at home against play-off assured Sandown & Shanklin, but the sides are going in different directions at present.
Heathens, just a point shy of the relegation zone, are unchanged from the defeat at US Portsmouth with only Mark Harris and Neil Howarth coming onto the replacements bench.
The visitors, who have players out with flu, including skipper Lee Priddle, won't relax now they have secured their play-off place. They want to overturn Trojans but know Heathens are up against it so take the strongest possible, fit and well side.
Trojans also name the same side that beat Isle of Wight last weekend for their home clash with upwardly mobile US Portsmouth, England Under-21 polo star Tom Mackintosh finally returning - on the bench alongside Tristan Allen.
After their recent blip, the Stoneham Lane side are fully focused on preserving their top spot and returning to London Four South-West without worrying about the play-offs.
"I think we are definitely over our sticky period and now back on track," feels coach Pete Surtees.
"Services have improved over the last few games, but they will come up against a very determined Trojans side. The players want this title very much."
