Ryman Premier Division outfit Salisbury City have appointed former Winchester City supremo David Malone as a director of the club.
A statement issued last night read: "The directors of Salisbury City Football Club are pleased to announce that David Malone has agreed to join the Board.
"We all look forward to working with David whose experience and knowledge will help the club achieve its long term ambitions.
"Mr Malone joins Salisbury after a long association with Winchester City of the Sydenhams Wessex League, and was chairman during the period when they won the FA Vase and became league champions."
