SOUTHAMPTON legal firm Trethowans has been targeting its billboard and bus shelter advertising at the city's commuter routes and busy shopping areas.
A number of larger billboard sites were strategically chosen around and each month has seen a variation of the "How" strapline.
The adverts are positioned along a number of pedestrian routes in the Above Bar and West Quay areas of Southampton.
Trethowans, thanks to the publicity campaign, has secured a nomination at this year's UK Legal marketing awards in the category "Law Society Award - best marketing initiative by a smaller practice".
Managing partner Miles Brown, pictured, said: "The campaign has been positively received by clients and professional contacts and highlights the strength and development of the practice.
"The continuing growth is further reinforced by the recent appointment of two new partners and other staff to meet the needs of our clients."
Trethowans also has offices in Salisbury and Amesbury.
As well as Miles Brown and a partnership director, it has more than 60 fee earners and 18 partners, supported by a strong team of support staff.
